摘要目的 探讨利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法 选取我院2018年1月～2019年1月收治的80例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象进行回顾性分析。根据治疗方式不同分组为参照组（40例）与研究组（40例），参照组采取二甲双胍治疗，研究组采取利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗，比较两组患者的血糖指标、胰岛β细胞功能指标及治疗效果。结果 治疗后，研究组患者空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2 h 血糖（2 h PG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）低于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；胰岛β细胞功能指数（HOMA-β）、胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMAIR）低于参照组，治疗总有效率高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 采取利拉鲁肽、二甲双胍联合治疗2型糖尿病，对改善其血糖水平及胰岛β细胞功能指标有积极临床意义。
Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Liraglutide combined with Metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study objects for retrospective analysis.According to different treatment methods, patients were divided into the control group (40 cases) and the study group (40 cases).The control group was treated with Metformin, while the study group was treated with Liraglutide combined with Metformin, and the blood glucose index, function index of islet β cells and treatment effect of patients were compared.Results After treatment, fasting blood glucose(FBG), 2 h postprandial blood glucose (2 h PG), glycosylated heamoglobin (HbA1c) in the study group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Islet β cell function index (HOMA-β), insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) were lower than those in the control group, and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of Liraglutide and Metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes has positive clinical significance in improving the blood glucose level and the function index of islet β cells.
