脑淀粉样血管病相关炎症的临床研究进展

摘要脑淀粉样血管病相关炎症是脑淀粉样血管病的一种不常见的亚型，临床常表现为认知功能减退、精神行为异常、局灶性神经功能缺损、癫痫等症状。该病在临床上常根据临床表现、脑脊液、基因及影像学检查诊断，确诊需活检。脑淀粉样血管病相关炎症包括血管周围炎症和Aβ 相关血管炎两种病理类型，激素及免疫抑制剂治疗后常可改善。本文查阅最新文献资料，针对其病因及发病机制、临床表现、辅助检查、诊断及鉴别诊断、治疗及预后进行总结分析，为该病的临床诊疗提供参考。

Abstract：Cerebral amyloid angiopathy-related inflammation is an uncommon subtype of cerebral amyloid angiopathy,manifested as cognitive impairment, mental and behavioral abnormalities, focal neurological deficits, and epilepsy.Clinical diagnosis is often based on clinical manifestations, cerebrospinal fluid, gene and imaging examinations.Cerebral amyloid angiopathy-related inflammation mainly includes two pathological types: inflammatory cerebral amyloid angiopathy and Aβ-related angiitis, which can often be improved after treatment with hormones and immunosuppressants.This article consults the latest literature data, summarizes and analyzes its etiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, auxiliary examinations, diagnosis and differential diagnosis, treatment and prognosis, so as to provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
