Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of nursing model of ward extended responsibility system in the rehabilitation of stroke patients. Methods A total of 250 hospitalized stroke patients from January to December 2017 were selected as the observation group, and another 230 hospitalized stroke patients from January to December 2016 were selected as the control group. Patients in the observation group were given the nursing model of ward extended responsibility system, while patients in the control group were given the routine rehabilitation nursing. The incidence of disuse syndrome during hospitalization, the degree of nursing satisfaction and the hospitalization time were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence rate of disuse syndrome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 98.40%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (92.17%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The hospitalization time in the observation group was (67.60±1.08) d, which was shorter than that in the control group of (79.20±1.21) d, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of nursing model of ward extended responsibility system can significantly reduce the incidence of disuse syndrome in stroke patients, improve the degree of nursing satisfaction, and also shorten the hospitalization time, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
