Abstract：Psychodrama is an expressive art therapy with special techniques,such as enactment,mirror technique,role reversal.The review briefly introduces the composition of psychodrama,the principles of the main treatment techniques,the methods of use,the psychological mechanism and effect of intervention on depression.The article summarizes the psychodrama techniques through literature search and access to professional books,and reviews the literature on intervention depression.It is found that psychodrama can interfere with depression from the aspects of establishing a sense of security,venting emotions,and improving cognition and achieve the effect in improving the symptoms,cognition,social function and other effects of depressed people,aiming to provide guidance for clinical mental health workers applying psychodrama unique technology to intervention depression.
