Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of warm acupuncture and penetration needling combined with rehabilitation treating shoulder pain after stroke. Methods All of 30 patients with shoulder pain after stroke admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into the study group and reference group, with 15 cases in each group. The reference group was given “12-needle hand and foot”combined with rehabilitation treatment, and the reference group was given warm acupuncture and penetration needling combined with rehabilitation treatment. The clinical efficacy, shoulder abduction angle(ROM),visual analogue score(VAS)of pain, upper limb motor function Fugl-Meyer(FMA)score and functional independence assessment(FIM)score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups, and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results The clinical efficacy of the study group was better than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the ROM,VAS,FMA and FIM scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The ROM,FMA and FIM scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the VAS score was lower than that before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the ROM,FMA and FIM scores of the study group were significantly higher than the reference group, and the VAS score was significantly lower than the reference group, and he differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment period. Conclusion Warm acupuncture and penetration needling combined with rehabilitation treating shoulder pain after stroke has a significant clinical effect, which can effectively increase mobility of shoulder joint, relieve shoulder pain, improve upper limb motor function and daily life independence ability, and have good safety.
