Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of Propofol intravenous anesthesia in patients with acute severe craniocerebral injury surgery. Methods From June 2014 to June 2017,118 patients with acute severe craniocerebral injury were selected and they were randomly divided into the control group (59 cases)and the observation group(59 cases). The control group was anesthetized with Etomidate, while the observation group was anesthetized with Propofol. The intracranial pressure(ICP),cerebral oxygen partial pressure(PbrO2),cellular inflammatory factor level and recovery time were compared between the two groups. Results The ICP of T4and T5in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the PbrO2of T4and T5in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α and S100β level in the observation group were lower than those of the control group at T5,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time for the first time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Propofol intravenous anesthesia applied in patients with acute severe craniocerebral injury surgery protect brain function, reduce inflammation and shorten postoperative recovery time in patients.
