益母草注射液联合缩宫素预防剖宫产产后出血的效果

摘要目的研究益母草注射液联合缩宫素预防剖宫产产后出血的效果。方法选取2017年6月～2018年8月我院收治的90例剖宫产产妇作为研究对象，根据电脑随机法分为观察组和对照组，每组各45例。观察组给予益母草注射液联合缩宫素预防，对照组给予缩宫素预防。比较两组的治疗效果、不同时间段出血量、子宫底高度以及不良反应。结果观察组产妇的总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组产妇术中、术后2 h、术后24 h的出血量均少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组产妇术后3、5 d的子宫底高度均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组产妇的不良反应总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论益母草注射液联合缩宫素预防剖宫产产后出血的临床疗效十分显著，且安全性较高，值得推广。

Abstract：Objective To study the effect of Leonurus Heterophyllus Injection combined with Oxytocin on prevention of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods Altogether 90 cases of women who underwent cesarean section and admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the objects,and divided into observation group and control group according to the computer random method,with 45 cases in each group.The observation group was given Leonurus Heterophyllus Injection combined with Oxytocin prevention,the control group was given Oxytocin prevention.The therapeutic effect,bleeding volume at different time,uterine fundus height and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of women undergoing cesarean section in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05).The amount of bleeding during operation,2 hours and 24 hours after operation in the observation group were less than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).The uterine fundus height of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 3 and 5 days after cesarean section (P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Leonurus Heterophyllus Injection combined with Oxytocin has a very significant clinical effect and high safety in prevention of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section,which is worth studying.
