Abstract:Objective To investigate the differences between the effects of Dizocine and Remifentanil combined with Propofol in the anesthesia of painless artificial abortion. Methods A total of 100 patients receiving painless artificial abortion who were admitted to our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects. The computerized randomization principle was used to divide the patients into the observation group(50 cases)and the control group(50 cases).Patients in the observation group were given Dizocine combined with Propofol for anesthesia, and patients in the control group were given Remifentanil combined with Propofol for anesthesia. The recovery time, postoperative digital pain assessment(NRS)score, mean arterial pressure(MAP),anesthetic effect, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the conscious time and orientation recovery time between the two groups(P>0.05).The postoperative NRS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The MAP in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the anesthetic effect was better than that in the control group, the total incidence rate of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall effects of Dizocine combined with Propofol were better than the effects of Remifentanil combined with Propofol for the anesthesia of painless artificial abortion, and the adverse reactions are under control.
