Abstract:Objective To compare the effect of Propofol and Etomidte combined Sufentanil in anesthesia of lingual frenoplasty. Methods A total of 110 children with ASAⅠ-Ⅱ who underwent elective lingual frenoplasty in Kunming Children′s Hospital from June to October 2018 were selected as subjects. They were divided into Propofol-Sufuftanil intravenous anesthesia group (group P)and Etomidate-Sufuftanil intravenous anesthesia group (group E)according to the random number table method,55 cases in each group. The hemodynamic parameters(heart rate[HR],systolic blood pressure [SBP],diastolic blood pressure [DBP],mean arterial pressure [MAP],pulse oxygen saturation [SpO2])were recorded before the induction of anesthesia(T1),after anesthesia induction(T2),during surgery(T3),and waking up(T4).The anesthesia induction time, operation time, recovery time, and total incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in anesthesia induction time and operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The recovery time of children in group E was shorter than that in group P,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in DBP,SBP,MAP,HR and SpO2between the two groups at T1and T4(P>0.05).The DBP,SBP,MAP,HR and SpO2at T2,T3and T4in the two groups were lower than those at T1,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The DBP,SBP,MAP,HR and SpO2at T2and T3in group E were higher than those in group P,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse reactions in group E was 54.5%,which was lower than that in group P(90.9%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Etomidte combined with Sufentanil has stable hemodynamics, with smooth anesthesia, less intraoperative adverse reactions, comfort postoperative recovery, and good safety.
