Abstract:Objective To observe and analyze the effects of Aspirin and Nimodipine in the treatment of migraine. Methods A total of 100 migraine patients who treated in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to the different treatment regimens, the patients were divided into study group and reference group,50 cases in each group.Among them, patients in the reference group were treated with Nimodipine, while in the study group,Aspirin was adopted. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared, including observation of overall treatment effectiveness rate, incidence of complications, and recurrence rate. Results The total effectiveness rate in the study group was 96.00%,higher than that in the reference group accounting for 80.00%with significant difference (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was 4.00%,greatly lower than that in the study group accounting for 18.00%with statistical difference (P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the study group was 2.00%,significantly lower compared with that in the reference group accounting for 18.00%with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of migraine, both Nimodipine and Aspirin can obtain certain effects, but the effect is more remarkable used by Aspirin than Nimodipine.
