护理干预对肺结核患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

摘要目的探讨采取护理干预对肺结核患者心理状态及生活质量的影响价值。方法选取2016年5月～2018年4月我院收治的98例肺结核患者作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组，每组各49例。对照组患者给予常规护理干预，观察组患者则给予综合性护理干预。比较两组患者采用两种不同护理方法后的心理状态与生活质量改善情况。结果护理前，两组患者的抑郁、焦虑评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），经综合性护理干预后，观察组患者的抑郁评分为（14.73±2.16）分，焦虑评分为（12.85±2.94）分，均分别显著低于对照组[（19.87±3.16）、（18.90±3.74）分]，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。且观察组患者护理干预后的生活质量评分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论肺结核患者的护理过程中，给予综合性的护理干预，不仅能显著改善患者的负面心理状态，同时可提高其生活质量评分，促进预后康复，值得临床借鉴实施。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on psychological status and quality of life of tuberculosis patients.Methods A total of 98 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to April 2018 were selected as subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,49 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The improvement of psychological status and quality of life of two groups of patients were compared after two different nursing methods.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in depression score and anxiety score between the two groups(P>0.05).After comprehensive nursing intervention,the depression score and anxiety score of the observation group were (14.73±2.16)ponits and (12.85±2.94)ponits respectively,which were significantly lower than those of the control group ([19.87±3.16],[18.90±3.74]ponits),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Moreover,the life quality score of the observation group after nursing intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of nursing for tuberculosis patients,comprehensive nursing intervention can not only significantly improve the negative psychological state of patients,but also improve their quality of life score and promote prognosis recovery,which is worthy of clinical reference and implementation.
