Abstract：Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in emergency nursing of patients with acute left heart failure (LHF).Methods Sixty patients with acute LHF admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the subjects.According to the principle of “random distribution”, they were divided into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=30).In the control group, routine nursing intervention was used,while in the observation group, comprehensive nursing intervention was applied.The treatment effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effectiveness rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with acute LHF can effectively improve the treatment effect, ameliorate clinical symptoms and increase nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion.
