Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in perioperative period of laparoscopic appendicitis surgery. Methods A total of 120 cases of appendicitis treated by laparoscopic appendectomy in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the different nursing methods, they were divided into control group and research group, with 60 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were intervened by traditional nursing methods during the perioperative period, while the patients in the study group were educated by clinical nursing pathway during the perioperative period.Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) and Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) were used to evaluate the depression and anxiety of patients before and after nursing. The therapeutic effect and psychological status of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of post-operative treatment in the study group was 98.33%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (80.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of psychological status between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05).After nursing, the HAMD score and HAMA score of the two groups decreased significantly, and the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention of clinical nursing pathway in perioperative period of appendicitis patients treated by laparoscopic surgery can significantly improve the effect of operation and psychological status of patients, and has high practical value.
