Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of emotional nursing on rehabilitation of psychological and emotional disorders in patients with traumatic brain injury.Methods A total of 80 patients with brain injury admitted to our hospital from July 20, 2017 to July 20, 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given emotional nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing satisfaction, depression and anxiety scores of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.50%, which was higher than 75.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion After the emotional nursing of patients with traumatic brain injury, the improvement of patient satisfaction index is good, and the indicators of depression and anxiety scores are effective.
