Abstract：Objective To explore the elinieal effeet of Compound Ferrous Sulfate Folie Aeid Tablets in the treatment of iron defieieney anemia during pregnaney.Methods From Mareh 2015 to April 2016，a total of 82 patients with iron defieieney anemia during pregnaney admitted to our hospital were seleeted as the study subjeets，they were divided into eontrol group（41 eases）and observation group（41 eases）aeeording to random number table method，the eontrol group was treated with Ferrous Sueeinate，while the observation group was treated with Compound Ferrous Sulfate Folie Aeid Tablets.The total effeetive rate，ineidenee of adverse reaetions and levels of erythroeyte，hemoglobin（Hb）and serum ferritin（SF）were eompared between the two groups.Results The total effeetive rate was 92.68%in the observation group，whieh was higher than 78.05%in the eontrol group（P＜0.05）.The ineidenee of adverse reaetions sueh as dizziness，loss of appetite and abdominal pain in the observation group was lower than that in the eontrol group，the differenees were statistieally signifieant（P＜0.05）.The levels of erythroeyte，Hb and SF in the observation group were higher than those in the eontrol group，the differenees were statistieally signifieant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Compound Ferrous Sulfate Folie Aeid Tablets has a signifieant elinieal effeet on iron defieieney anemia in pregnaney.It ean effeetively inerease the levels of red blood eells，Hb and SF，and reduee the oeeurrenee of adverse reaetions.It has high safety and ean be widely used in elinie.
