Abstract：Objective To analyze the clinical effect of fast rehabilitation nursing(FTS)in the patients with transurethral resection of prostate.Methods A total of 116 cases patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and who treated with transurethral resection of the prostate (transurethral resection of prostate)in our Department from April 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the research subjects.And were randomly divided into observation group (n=60)and control group (n=56)according to the order of admission days.The control group was given only routine nursing,while the observation group was introduced the fast rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing.Then,the nursing effect were compared between the two groups.Results The statistical comparison showed that the catheter extraction time in the observation group was(6.3±2.4)d,which was lower than that in the control group of(7.8±3.1)d(P＜0.05).The activity time after the operation in the observation group was(1.8±0.5)d,which was lower than that in the control group of(2.4±0.4)d(P＜0.05).The exhaust time after the operation in the observation group was(15.1±3)h,which was lower than that in the control group of(17.2±3.9)h(P＜0.05).The scores of bladder spasticity after the operation for 6 and 24 h in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The satisfaction of the patients in the observation group washigherthanthat in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of fast rehabilitation nursing in patients with transurethral resection of the prostate for nursing,which not only shorten the process of patients′rehabilitation,but also promote the establishment of a harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
