Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Edaravone Injection combined with Danhong conducting acupoint injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods 80 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from September 2014 to May 2017 were enrolled and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group using the complete random method.Patients in the control group were treated with Edaravone Injection,while in the observation group,Danhong conducting acupoint injection was added besides treatment in the control group.The therapeutic effect and total satisfaction rate between the two groups were compared.Results After three weeks of treatment,the score of neurological deficit in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(72.50%)(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher compared with that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Edaravone Injection combined with Danhong conducting acupoint injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction can effectively improve the therapeutic effect.
