Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of emergency integrated green channel curing acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods One hundred patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage treated in our hospital from June 2013 to August 2017 were selected as research objects. The patients were divided into the two groups according to before and after the establishment of emergency integrated green channel.Forty-six patients before the establishment of emergency integrated green channel were taken as the control group, while 54 patients after the establishment of emergency integrated green channel were taken as the research group.Patients in the control group were given the routine emergency curing method, while patients in the research group were given emergency integrated green channel model.Average hemostasis time, mean volume of blood transfusion, average hospitalization period and average hospital cost, and operation rate, recurrent bleeding rate and mortality in patients between the two groups were compared. Results The average hemostasis time and the average hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, the average blood transfusion volume and the average hospitalization cost were less than those in the control group, and the operative rate, recurrent bleeding rate and mortality rate were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency integrated green channel curing acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage not only can control the amount of bleeding effectively, shorten the hospitalization time, reduce the hospital cost, but also can reduce operation rate, recurrent bleeding rate and mortality, which can ensure the health and safety of life of patients, and can be used as an emergency treatment scheme applied in clinic.
