一次性球囊宫颈扩张器用于足月妊娠促宫颈成熟及引产的效果分析

摘要目的探讨一次性球囊宫颈扩张器用于足月妊娠促宫颈成熟及引产的效果。方法选择2015年11月～2017年10月在我院住院有引产指征的孕妇74例为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为球囊组和缩宫素组，各37例，分别给予球囊宫颈扩张及缩宫素静滴促宫颈成熟及引产，评估两组孕妇宫颈成熟度及引产效果。结果宫颈Bishop评分中，球囊组显效者34例（91.89%），总有效率为100.00%；缩宫素组显效者12例（32.43%），总有效率为75.68%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。球囊组12 h内开始临产者23例（62.16%），12～24 h内临产者10例（27.03%）；缩宫素组 12 h内开始临产者 14例（37.84%），12～24 h内临产者 13例（35.14%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组产妇的分娩方式、产后2 h出血量比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。两组均未出现胎儿窘迫和新生儿窒息等情况。结论一次性球囊宫颈扩张器对足月妊娠产妇能有效地促进宫颈成熟，引产成功率较高。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the effect of disposable balloon cervical dilator on cervical ripening and induction of labor in term pregnancy.Methods 74 pregnant women with indications of labor induction in our hospital from November 2015 to October 2017 were selected as the research objects.All of the pregnant women were randomly divided into balloon group and oxytocin group by random number table method,37cases in each group.Pregnant women in the two groups were given disposable balloon cervical dilator and oxytocin intravenous drip,respectively.The cervical maturity and induction of labor of the two groups were evaluated.Results Comparison of cervical Bishop score,34 cases(91.89%)in the balloon group were markedly effective,the total effective rate was 100.00%;12 cases(32.43%)in the oxytocin group were markedly effective,the total effective rate was 75.68%the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05）.In the balloon group,23 cases(62.16%)started labor within 12 h,10 cases(27.03%)in 12-24 h,14 cases(37.84%)in the 12 h group and 13 cases(35.14%)in 12-24 h,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05）.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the mode of delivery and the amount of postpartum 2 h bleeding (P＞0.05).There were no fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia in the two groups.Conclusion Disposable balloon cervical dilator for full-term pregnancy women can effectively promote cervical ripening，higher success rate of induction of labor.
