超声在甲状腺占位性病变诊断中的应用价值

摘要目的探讨超声在甲状腺占位性病变诊断中的价值。方法选取2017年1～12月我院收治的234例甲状腺占位性病变患者作为研究对象，所有患者均接受彩色多普勒超声及病理检查，评价超声的诊断价值。结果病理证实234例患者均为甲状腺占位性病变，超声共检出234例，良性结节以纵横比＜1、等回声、混合回声、形态规则、边界清为表现，恶性结节以低回声、极低回声、纵横比＞1、形态不规则、边界模糊、边缘呈分叶状、微钙化为表现；以病理结果为金标准，超声诊断的敏感性、特异性及准确性分别为73.58%、92.27%、88.03%。结论超声诊断甲状腺占位性病变的准确性高，对鉴别良恶性病变具有明显优势。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of thyroid space occupying lesions.Methods A total of 234 cases of thyroid occupying lesions treated in our hospital from Junuary to December in 2017 were selected as the subjects.All the patients received color Doppler ultrasound and pathological diagnosis to evaluate the value of ultrasound diagnosis.Results Pathological examination showed that all the 234 cases were diagnosed as thyroid occupying lesion,and 234 cases were detected by ultrasound.The benign nodules were characterized by longitudinal and transverse ratio of＜1,echo,mixed echo,morphologic rule,and boundary clear.The malignant nodules were hypoechoic,extremely low echo,vertical and horizontal ratio＞1,irregular shape,blurred boundary,and lobulated edge.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis were 73.58%,92.27%and 88.03%respectively.Conclusion Ultrasonography has high accuracy in diagnosing thyroid space occupying lesions,and has obvious advantages in differentiating benign from malignant lesions.
