凡乐生无创无痛分娩在产妇自然分娩中的临床应用价值

摘要目的观察分析凡乐生无创无痛分娩在产妇自然分娩中的临床应用价值。方法选取2017年1月～2018年4月我院妇产科收治的137例正常足月临床产妇作为研究对象，将其按照随机数字表法分为实验组（n=70）与对照组（n=67）。对照组产妇采用传统常规方式镇痛分娩，实验组产妇采用凡乐生无创无痛分娩，对比两组产妇的产程时间、分娩情况及泌乳功能恢复情况。结果分娩后，实验组产妇第一产程、第二产程、第三产程时间均明显短于对照组（P＜0.05）；实验组产妇的视觉模拟（VAS）评分明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；实验组产妇感觉阻滞时间、运动阻滞时间明显短于对照组（P＜0.05）；实验组产妇产后出血量明显少于对照组（P＜0.05）；实验组产妇的剖宫产率（4.29%）明显低于对照组（23.88%）（P＜0.05）；分娩后，实验组产妇泌乳始动时间明显早于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组产妇催乳素（PRL）浓度较分娩前明显上升，且实验组产妇PRL浓度明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论凡乐生无创无痛技术应用于产妇自然分娩过程中，有利于缓解产妇疼痛，减少出血量，从而缩短产妇感觉、运动阻滞时间及产程时间，提高产妇的自然分娩率，促进其泌乳功能恢复，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To observe and analyze the clinical application value of Fanlesheng for non-invasive and painless delivery in maternal natural delivery.Methods From January 2017 to April 2018,137 cases of healthy full-term clinical puerpera who were admitted to the department of gynecology and obstetrics in our hospital were selected as the subjects.They were divided into experimental group(n=70)and control group(n=67)according to random number table method.The control group was given conventional analgesia for delivery.The experimental group was given Fanlesheng for non-invasive and painless delivery.The maternal labor time,delivery status and recovery of lactating function were compared between the two groups.Results After delivery,the first labor,second labor and third labor time of the puerpera in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P＜0.05).The visualoganalog score(VAS)score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The sensory block time and exercise block time in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The postpartum hemorrhage in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The Cesarean section rate in the experimental group (4.29%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(23.88%)(P＜0.05).After delivery,the starting time of lactation in the experimental group was significantly earlier than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The concentration of prolactin(PRL)in the two groups was significantly higher than that before delivery.The concentration of PRL in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Fanlesheng for non-invasive and painless technique applied to the maternal natural delivery process is beneficial to effectively alleviating maternal pain and reducing the amount of bleeding,and thereby shorten maternal sensation,motor block time and labor time,improve maternal natural delivery rate and promote the recovery of lactating function,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
