Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing in postoperative radiotherapy for breast cancer patients.Methods Sixty female breast cancer postoperative radiotherapy patients who treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected as study subjects.According to the nursing methods,they were divided into control group and experimental group,30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine care.The patients in the experimental group were given on this basis with comprehensive nursing interventions.The quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The quality of life and nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05）.Conclusion Compared with routine care,clinical nursing interventions can better improve the quality of life scores of patients,and thus improve the patients′care satisfaction so it is worth being promoted.
