Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of regular health education on the treatment compliance and social function rehabilitation of epileptic patients.Methods60 epileptic patients in our hospital from May 2014 to April 2017 were collected and randomly divided into intervention group and control group,30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with epileptic drugs and general interpretation,and the patients in the intervention group were given regular health education on the basis of drug treatment.The treatment compliance and the degree of social function recovery were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the compliance rate and total compliance rate of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05）.During the follow-up period,the total effective rate of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05）.Conclusion Health education can effectively improve the compliance of the patients with epilepsy,reduce the recurrence rate and improve the prognosis.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
