Abstract：Objective To evaluate the effect of high quality nursing in the microwave treatment of patients with cervical erosion.Methods Seventy-nine patients with cervical erosion treated in our hospital from March 2016 to July 2017 were enrolled.They were divided into different groups according to the method of grasping balls.Conventional nursing was used in control group(n=35),and high quality nursing was adopted in observation group(n=44).The nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores were control compared between two groups.Results Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 97.73%,and 82.86%in the control group.The satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05）.The scores of somatic function,psychological function,material function,and social function in the observation group were(22.5±2.1)points,(22.4±1.2)points,(21.6±1.7)points,and(22.7±1.1)points accordingly,while in the control group were(21.3±1.8)points,(20.8±1.4)points,(19.9±1.8)points,and(21.2±1.4)points.The scores of these four indexes in the observation group were all higher compared to those in the control group with significant differences (P＜0.05）.Conclusion For patients with cervical erosion,the use of high-quality nursing as an intervention besides microwave therapy can improve patient′s care satisfaction and quality of life,and has an important application value.
