Abstract：Objective To observe the influence of individual pain nursing intervention on pain control in emergency patients with nephrolithiasis,so as to evaluate the application effect of this nursing method in patients.Methods 80 cases patients with renal calculi admitted to Surgical Department in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each groups.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing,and the patients in the observation group were treated with individual pain nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The pain degree of 1,6 h and the satisfaction of the nursing care were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results There was no significant difference in VASscores between the two groups before intervention(P＞0.05）,and the pain levels of 1 and 6 h two groups decreased significantly after the intervention,but all the time points of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05）.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.50%,while that of the control group was 75.00%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05）.Conclusion The individual pain nursing pays attention to people oriented and makes the nursing work more pertinent.It can effectively improve the pain of renal calculi patients and improve the patient′s nursing satisfaction.It is worth popularizing in clinical application.
