Abstract:Objective To observe the blood coagulation and platelet change in patients before and after massive blood transfusion, and to provide a certain basis for clinical transfusion,to ensure the safety of blood transfusion. Methods A total of 46 patients who received with 24 h massive infusion of suspended erythrocyte blood in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were randomly selected to include the study, the medical records were retrospective analyzed, and the blood coagulation and platelet change in patients were recorded before and after blood transfusion. Results FIB and Pa after blood transfusion were lower than those before blood transfusion, and the indexes of TT,APTT,PT and INR after transfusion were all higher than those before blood transfusion(P<0.01).Hct and HGB after transfusion were all higher than those before blood transfusion, and PLT was lower than that before blood transfusion(P<0.01).Conclusion After patients receiving massive blood transfusion, and the possibility of PLT undergoing dilution reduction is larger. In the process of blood transfusion,it is necessary to monitor every target of the human body in time,if the platelet index<50×109/L,it is necessary to supplement the platelet in time and avoid coagulation dysfunction due to lower platelet index.
