Abstract:ObjectiveTo study and investigate the clinical effect of sublingual Captopril on the emergency treatment of hypertension.MethodsA total of 100 hypertensive patients treated in department of emergency in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected as subjects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method in the computer,50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Amlodipine orally, and the observation group was given sublingual therapy with Captopril on the basis of Amlodipine treatment. The blood pressure level, onset time of lowering blood pressure and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.ResultsBefore treatment, there was no significant difference in systolic and diastolic pressure between groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),while the systolic and diastolic pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The onset time of lowering blood pressure in the observation group was(9.86±2.35)min,which was shorter than that in the control group of(12.75±2.81)min,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions was 8%in the observation group, which was 6%in the control group, and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).ConclusionDuring the emergency treatment of hypertension, the treatment method of sublingual Captopril can promote the decrease of blood pressure as soon as possible, improve the effect of blood pressure control, and it is safe and reliable, and will not increase the risk of adverse drug reaction.
