Abstract:Objective To investigate the efficacy, adverse reactions, and effects of prolactin on Amisulpride in combination with low-dose Aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods Eighty patients with schizophrenia treated in our hospital from November 2016 to October 2017 were selected as study subjects.According to the random number table method, patients were divided into study group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The patients in the study group were given Amisulpride in combination with low-dose Aripiprazole and the patients in the control group were given Amisulpride. The scores of positive and negative syndrome scale (PANSS),total effective rates, treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS)scores and blood prolactin levels of the two groups were compared before and after 8 weeks of treatment. Results After 8 weeks of treatment, the total PANSS score in the study group was(38.8±20.2)points,and the total PANSS score in the control group was(39.7±20.7)points,there was no significant difference in the total PANSS scores between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),and the positive symptoms, negative symptoms and psychopathological scores of the two groups were also not statistically significant(P>0.05).The total effective rate was 92.5%in the study group and 90.0%in the control group, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the total effective rate(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 22.50%and the TESS score was(7.22±4.12)points in the study group, while the incidence of adverse reactions was 25.00%and the TESS score was(7.31±4.06)points in the control group. The adverse reaction rate and TESS score of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The PRL in the study group was(23.23±13.12)μg/ml,which was significantly lower than that in the control group of(55.25±13.15)μg/ml,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of low-dose Aripiprazole does not affect the efficacy of Amisulpride, but significantly improves hyperprolactinemia due to Amisulpride, and does not exacerbate adverse reactions.
