Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Montelukast Sodium combined with Budesonide and Ipratropium Bromide nebulization in the treatment of infantile cough after infection. Methods A total of 68 children with cough after infection in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the observation subjects, they were divided into two groups according to random number table method, namely, the control group (n=34),experimental group (n=34).The patients in the control group were given Montelukast Sodium orally, and those in the experimental group were treated with Budesonide and Ipratropium Bromide atomization inhalation on the basis of the control group. The clinical curative effect, improvement of symptoms and the adverse reaction rates were compared statistically. Results The clinical total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The data were 94.12%and 76.47%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of cough and sleep in the experimental group were significantly lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 5.88%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 2.94%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Montelukast Sodium combined with Budesonide and Ipratropium Bromide atomization inhalation is more accurate. It can effectively improve the quality of cough and sleep in children with safe and reliable characteristics.
