孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德和异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗小儿感染后咳嗽的效果

摘要目的探讨小儿感染后咳嗽用孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德和异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年1月～2017年12月接受治疗的68例感染后咳嗽患儿作为观察对象，依照随机数字表法分为对照组（n=34）和试验组（n=34）。对照组给予孟鲁司特钠口服，试验组在对照组基础上加用布地奈德和异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗，对两组的临床疗效、症状改善情况及不良反应发生率进行统计比较。结果试验组临床总有效率明显高于对照组，分别为94.12%、76.47%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。试验组治疗后咳嗽、睡眠评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。试验组不良反应发生率为5.88%，对照组不良反应发生率为2.94%，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论小儿感染后咳嗽应用孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德和异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗的临床效果更加确切，能有效改善患儿咳嗽、睡眠质量，具有安全、可靠的特点。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Montelukast Sodium combined with Budesonide and Ipratropium Bromide nebulization in the treatment of infantile cough after infection.Methods A total of 68 children with cough after infection in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the observation subjects,they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,namely,the control group (n=34),experimental group (n=34).The patients in the control group were given Montelukast Sodium orally,and those in the experimental group were treated with Budesonide and Ipratropium Bromide atomization inhalation on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect,improvement of symptoms and the adverse reaction rates were compared statistically.Results The clinical total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The data were 94.12%and 76.47%,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05）.After treatment,the scores of cough and sleep in the experimental group were significantly lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 5.88%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 2.94%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of Montelukast Sodium combined with Budesonide and Ipratropium Bromide atomization inhalation is more accurate.It can effectively improve the quality of cough and sleep in children with safe and reliable characteristics.
