Abstract:Objective To study the quality feedback loop model on the nursing quality and the family member satisfaction of patients with psychosis.Methods A total of 76 psychiatric patients were selected from March 2015 to January 2017 in our hospital.They were randomly divided into routine group and circulating quality group,with 38 cases in each group.The nursing mode of routine group was routine nursing mode,and the nursing mode of circulatory quality group was circulatory quality feedback mode.Family satisfaction was compared between the two groups.Disease cognitive level,treatment compliance;difference of quality of life score and BPRS scale score between pre-and post-care of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The family satisfaction of patients in the circulatory quality group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in quality of life score and BPRS scale score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of quality of life and BPRS scale in circulatory quality group were better than those in routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The cognitive level of disease and the compliance of treatment in circulatory quality group were higher than those in routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality feedback loop model for psychiatric patients nursing quality is high,which can effectively improve the level of disease in patients with cognitive treatment adherence,and improve the patients'mental state and quality of life,promote family satisfaction enhancement,is worth promoting.
