Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of high-quality first-aid measures in emergency internal medicine in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 60 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in emergency internal medicine admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to January 2016.According to different first aid protocols, they were divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).In the control group, conventional measure in emergency internal medicine department was used, while in the observation group,high-quality first-aid measure was adopted. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results The rescue success rate of the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(76.67%).The neurological deficit score([7.13±1.23]points)and mortality (3.33%)after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group([10.66±1.54]points,23.33%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality first-aid intervention in patients with cerebral hemorrhage in emergency optimizes procedures, monitors their vital signs, judges their consciousness, establishes venous and respiratory pathways, which plays positive significance in controlling the blood pressure and encephaledema, thus increasing the rescue success rate and ensuring the life safety, and is worth promoting in the clinical practice.
