Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of Colloidal Bismuth Pectin combined with Amoxicillin in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods A total of 96 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis admitted to our hospital from May 15,2017 to December 20,2017 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into two groups by a random number table method,with 48 patients in each group.Patients in observation group were treated with Colloidal Bismuth Pectin combined with Amoxicillin,while in control group,they were treated with Clarithromycin and Colloidal Bismuth Pectin.The total clinical effectiveness rate and incidence of adverse drug reactions such as dizziness,rash,and nausea were compared between the two groups.Results The total effectiveness rate in the observation group was 95.83%,which was higher than that of the control group accounting for 72.92%with statistical significance (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions was 4.17%,which was lower than that in the control group accounting for 20.83%with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Colloidal Bismuth Pectin and Amoxicillin in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis is of high clinical value.It can relieve clinical symptoms,which is worthy of application and promotion.
