复方丹参滴丸联合曲美他嗪治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的效果

摘要目的探析复方丹参滴丸联合曲美他嗪治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床效果及对超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）水平的影响。方法选取2016年3月～2017年4月我院心内科收治的164例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组（81例）和观察组（83例）。两组患者均给予基础治疗，对照组患者在此基础上给予曲美他嗪进行治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上给予复方丹参滴丸进行治疗。记录并比较两组患者的临床疗效、hs-CRP水平变化及不良反应发生情况。结果出院时，两组患者的Lee氏心衰积分均低于入院时，6 min步行距离及LVEF均高于入院时，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），且观察组患者的Lee氏心衰积分低于对照组，6 min步行距离及LVEF高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。出院时及出院1个月后，两组患者的hs-CRP水平均低于入院时，且观察组患者出院时的hs-CRP水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。出院1个月后，两组患者的hs-CRP水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。两组患者治疗期间的不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论应用复方丹参滴丸联合曲美他嗪对治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭有较好的临床疗效，且能有效降低hs-CRP水平，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills combined with Trimetazidine in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure(CHF)and its influence on the level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP).Methods A total of 164 patients with chronic CHF treated in the department of cardiology in our hospital from March 2016 to April 2017 were selected as research objects.They were divided into control group(n=81)and observation group(n=83)according to the random number table method.Basic treatment was provided in both.Besides,Trimetazidine was added in the control group,and Compound Danshen Dripping Pill was used in the observation group on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,changes of hs-CRP and occurrence of adverse reactions were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results At the time of discharge,Lee heart failure score was lower than on admission,the 6-minute walking distance and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)were higher in both groups than those on admission with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Besides,the Lee heart failure score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and 6-minute walking distance and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The hs-CRP levels of both groups after discharge and 1 month after discharge were lower than those on admission,and the hs-CRP level after discharge in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 1 month of discharge,there was no statistically significant difference in hs-CRP level between the two groups(P＞0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion Compound Danshen Dripping Pills combined with Trimetazidine obtains a favorable clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic CHF,and can effectively reduce the level of hs-CRP,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion
