生物反馈、口服醋酸去氨加压素治疗儿童原发性遗尿症临床研究

摘要目的探讨生物反馈、口服醋酸去氨加压素治疗儿童原发性遗尿症临床效果。方法分析我院2015年3月～2017年3月收治的儿童原发性遗尿症60例临床资料，依据治疗措施不同分为对照组和观察组，每组各30例。对照组患儿采用行为疗法，观察组患儿用生物反馈、口服醋酸去氨加压素治疗。观察两组患儿治疗前后尿渗透压、抗利尿激素（ADH）及临床治疗总有效率。结果治疗前，两组患儿尿渗透压、ADH比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后，两组患儿尿渗透压、ADH均高于治疗前，观察组患儿均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组患儿临床治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论生物反馈、口服醋酸去氨加压素治疗儿童原发性遗尿症临床症状改善明显，效果良好，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of biofeedback and oral administration of Desmopressin Acetate in the treatment of primary enuresis in children.Methods The clinical data of 60 children with primary enuresis admitted from March 2015 to March 2017 in our hospital were analyzed.According to the different treatment measures,they were evenly divided into control group(behavioral therapy)and observation group(biofeedback+oral administration of Desmopressin Acetate),30 cases in each groups.Before and after treatment，the urine osmotic pressure,antidiuretic hormone(ADH)and the total effectiveness rate in the two groups were observed.Results Before treatment，urinary osmotic pressure and ADH in children with primary enuresis were not significantly different(P＞0.05).The urinary osmotic pressure and ADH in children both in the control group and observation group after treatment were higher than those before.After therapy,the two indexes in the observation group were superior to those in the control group(P＜0.05).The total clinical effectiveness rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The biofeedback and oral administration of Desmopressin Acetate can significantly improve primary enuresis in children in a favorable effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
