Abstract:Objective To discuss the influence of joint tracking management model on self management ability of patients with depression. Methods From March 2015 to March 2017,80 patients with depression treated in our hospital were selected and they were randomly divided into experimental group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The patients in the control group were given with routine management mode, and the patients in the observation group were given with joint tracking management mode on the basis of the control group.SCSQ score,SDS score, and SF-36 score of the two groups were observed after intervention. Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in SCSQ positive score and negative score in patients between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention, the positive score of SCSQ in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the negative score was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SDS score between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05).SDS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group after intervention(P<0.05).After intervention, the score of PF,SF,BP,MH factor in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences of the score of RP,RE,VT,GH factor between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The joint tracking management model is effective in improving the self-management ability of depressive patients and is worth popularizing clinically.
