Abstract:Objective To compare the efficacy and safety between Amisulpride and Aripiprazole in the treatment of patients with negative symptoms of schizophrenia. Methods A total of 80 Patients with negative symptoms of schizophrenia from May to December in 2017 treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects, all the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,40 cases in each group. In the study group, the patients were treated with oral Amisulpride Tablets, and patients in the control group were treated with oral Aripiprazole. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. The therapeutic effect, the positive and negative syndrome scale (PANSS)scores and adverse reactions were compared between two groups of patients before and after treatment 2,4 and 8 weeks. Results After 8 weeks of treatment, the total efficiency of the study group was 76.92%,and the the total efficiency of the control group was 75.67%,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment, the negative factor score of the study group was significantly lower than before treatment and the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),while after 2 weeks of treatment, the negative factor score in the control group was not statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the scores of negative factors in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(41.02%)was lower than that in the control group(54.05%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Amisulprideis equivalent to Aripiprazolein treatment of patients with negative symptoms of schizophrenia, but Amisulpride has faster onset time, less adverse reactions, more safety and better compliance. It is worth popularizing the application.
