Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation nursing in total hip replacement.Methods 92 patients with total hip arthroplasty in department of orthopedics from February 2014 to December 2016 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into experimental group and control group by touch ball method,46 cases in each group.The experimental group was used rehabilitation nursing,while the control group was only used routine nursing care.The Barthel index,hip joint Harris score,postoperative complications and SDS and SAS scores were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results There was no significant difference in before intervention Barthel and Harris scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).Second weeks,fourth weeks and twelfth weeks after the intervention,the scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups before intervention (P＞0.05),After the intervention,the experimental group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing is beneficial to the functional recovery of patients after total hip arthroplasty in department of orthopedics,and which can improve the psychological state and reduce complications.
