Abstract:Objective To explore the pediatric critical disease nursing scoring as intervention guidance on pediatric nursing. Methods A total of 90 children in critical conditions treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected as the observation objects.Using the digital table, they were evenly divided into observation group and control group in random,45 cases in each group. In the control group, regular nursing for critical conditions was used, while in the observation group,on the basis of the regular nursing, critical disease nursing scoring as intervention was provided. After 2-week care, the occurrence of complications and family care satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the number of cases with the critical condition nursing score less than 70 points,70 to 80 points and over 80 points was 20,17 and 8 cases respectively in the observation group. The incidence of complications in patients whose scores less than 70 points was 55.00%after nursing, which much higher than those whose scores between 70 to 80 points(29.41%)and over 80 points(12.50%).In the observation group, family care satisfaction was 97.78%,much higher than that in the control group accounting for 82.22% (P<0.05).Conclusion In pediatric nursing under critical conditions, application of critical disease nursing scoring as intervention can get known the disease conditions in children patients and provide effective basis for nursing in a remarkable nursing effect.
