Abstract：Objective To study the application effect of magnetic hospital concept in quality nursing of outpatient. Methods 120 nurses from the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were selected from January 2015 to August 2016.120 nurses were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number method.Each group had 60 nurses.The traditional management model was applied in the control group,and the magnetic hospital management concept was applied in the observation group.The nurses′professional accomplishment was checked and evaluated,theory knowledge,operational skills,clinical ability of nurses were checked,and qualified rate of mastery of the patients′diseases and effective degree of health education for nurses and the patients′satisfaction degree for nursing work were checked,and satisfaction score to the nurses was conducted after one and a half years.Results P rofessional accomplishment score,and score of theory knowledge,operational skills,clinical ability in the observation group was higher than that of the control group respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rate of mastery of the patients′diseases in the observation group and satisfaction degree for nursing work were higher than those of the control group (P<0.01).The difference was not statistically significant for effective degree of health education for nurses between two groups (P>0.05).Exception for the balance of work and family,welfare treatment,the rest of the indicators(relations with colleagues,by the praise and recognition,and social or professional exchange opportunities, job control and decision-making,scheduling system,career development opportunities,the overall job satisfaction)in the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The magnetic hospital concept has good application effect in quality nursing of outpatient,and it can improve the nursing level of nurses,improve the relationship between nurses and patients,and improve the job satisfaction degree of the nurses,and it is worthy of promotion and application in the hospitals.
