Abstract:Objective To analyze the epidural anesthesia effect of application of different concentrations of Ropivacaine in cesarean section after labor analgesia. Methods Altogether 90 cases of parturients who were hospitalized in our hospital from February 2015 to May 2016 were involved as the object of this research and randomly divided into group A and group B according to the even and odd number.45 cases in group A were administered with 0.75%Ropivacaine, while 45 cases in group B were administered with 1.00%Ropivacaine.The analgesic effect, motor nerve block and sensory block onset time of two groups were compared, and the occurrence of adverse reactions were analyzed. Results The skin incision analgesia scores and intraoperative analgesia scores of parturients in group B was(0.42±0.17),(0.34±0.06) scores, lower than that in group A[(0.93±0.25),(0.79±0.41)scores](P<0.05);the modified Bromage scores of two groups had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);sensory block onset time of group B was(4.34±1.86)min,shorter than that ofgroup A[(5.12±1.43)min](P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions ofgroup B was 20.00%,significantly higher than that of group A(4.44%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of 0.75%Ropivacaine in epidural analgesia for parturients with cesarean section after labor analgesia can achieve considerable effect.
