Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the real effect of problem-based learning (PBL)teaching method in emergency nursing clinical practice teaching.MethodsSixty undergraduate nursing interns from a School of Nursing of Inner Mongolia College were selected for the experiment,who were practicing at emergency department of the Fourth Hospital of Inner Monggol Autonomous Region from July 2015 to April 2016,according to the division of a baseline test sequence they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group included 30 people.Experimental group was given PBL teaching method,and the control group was used by traditional teaching method,basic theory of emergency nursing,related skills,satisfaction of teaching method and teaching effect to teacher from emergency department 4 weeks after internship were compared between two groups.ResultsThe theory,operation test result and nursing medical records writing score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionThe PBL teaching method has the feasibility to better closely integrated nursing theory and clinical practice,improves the ability of theory, operation,self-study,problem solving and so on various aspects,improves the quality of teaching and learning experience in the emergency department practice teaching,which is worth popularizing in clinical nursing teaching.
