Abstract:Objective To study the clinical value of unprotected perineum delivery combined with continuous epidural analgesia in primipara. Methods 80 primiparous women undergoing transvaginal delivery from December 2015 to November 2016 were enrolled in this study, and they were divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,40 cases in each group. The control group was underwent vaginal delivery and unprotected perineum delivery, and the observation group was treated with continuous epidural analgesia on the basis of the treatment of the control group. Then the pain degree at different time point, the time of restoring sexual life, sexual arousal time and sex once a month were compared between the two groups, and the perineal laceration during the delivery of the two groups was counted. Results In the second stage of labor,24 h after delivery and at the time of discharge, the pain visual analogue scores in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.01);the time of restoring normal sexual life in the observation group was significantly earlier than that of the control group (P<0.01); the time of sexual arousal was significantly faster than that of the control group (P<0.01);regularity of sexual activity was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Unprotected perineum delivery combined with continuous epidural analgesia can effectively reduce pain during maternity labor and reduce perineal laceration and lateral rate,so it can improve postoperative life quality.
