Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the application value of magnetic resonance three-dimensional sampling perfection with application optimized contrasts using different flip angle evolutions(3D SPACE)sequence combined with magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging (DWI)sequences in preoperative staging of rectal cancer.MethodsA total of 38 patients who had rectal cancer were performed in our hospital from September 2016 to December 2017 were selected as subjects of the study.The preoperative magnetic resonance 3D SPACE sequence and DWI sequence examination results were analyzed retrospectively and preoperative T staging and N staging were performed according to the results.The preoperative stage results were compared with postoperative pathological results.ResultsKappa value of 3D SPACE sequence combined with DWI with postoperative pathology in preoperative T staging was 0.78(P=0.000),and the accuracy in T staging was 86.84%.The Kappa value of 3D SPACE sequence combined with DWI with postoperative pathology in preoperative N staging was 0.33 (P=0.000),and the accuracy in N staging was 63.15%.ConclusionMagnetic resonance 3D SPACE sequence combined with DWI can accurately judge the rectal cancer infiltration depth of intestinal wall and improve the accuracy of preoperative staging,providing valuable references for operation of rectal cancer.
