Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in the anesthesia management of laparoscopic rectal cancer.MethodsA total of 94 patients with laparoscopic radical rectal cancer under general anesthesia who treated in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into rehabilitation group (47 cases)and control group (47 cases).Rehabilitation group was given anesthesia measures guided by rapid rehabilitation surgery concept, and the control group was given conventional anesthesia measures.Anesthesia recovery, incidence rate of complications and the level of serum CRP were compared between the two groups after surgery.ResultsThe postoperative recovery time, extubation time and anal exhaust and defecation time in the rehabilitation group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The VAS pain score and the levels of serum CRP after surgery and on the first day after surgery in the rehabilitation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The incidence rate of complications in the rehabilitation group(8.51%)was lower than that in the control group (25.53%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe concept of rapid rehabilitation is safe and effective in the anesthesia management of laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery,so that patients are able to wake early after surgery and extubation is faster. The incidence of stress response and the incidence rate of complications are reduced. The clinical application value is high, and it is worthy of popularization and application.
