Abstract：ObjectiveTo analyze the effect of adjuvant therapy in ICU patients with severe limb function.Methods 90 cases of ICU patients admitted to our hospital from July to December 2015,the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group,The control group was treated with conventional restraint band and nursing,The observation group was used to maintain the limb function of the device to assist and care,compared the two groups of patients in the care process of the accident rate,limb circumference and limb edema scores and nursing satisfaction.Results The incidence rate of sudden accident in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The limb size of the patients in the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The score of body edema was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe ICU patients with severe use of limb function to maintain the device to assist,is helpful to avoid the occurrence of sudden accident and to reduce the risk of limb edema.At the same time,It is helpful to improve patient satisfaction It is of great value and can be popularized in the patients with severe ICU.
