Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the effect of collaborative nursing on cognitive impairment in patients with non-dementia cognitive impairment(CIND)after stroke.MethodsSixty patients with CIND who were treated in our hospital from June 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the experimental group, and 70 patients with normal cognitive impairment after stroke were selected for the control group, the experimental group of patients with collaborative care, the control group of patients with routine care.70 cases of CIND patients with clinical cognitive characteristics were analyzed and compared with the experimental group of patients in the implementation of collaborative care measures before and after the daily activities and cognitive ability.ResultsThe cognitive score, visual space and execution, language and other cognitive scores of Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)were significantly lower in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of cognitive function(MMSE)and routine exercise ability(Barthel)were significantly improved in the experimental group (P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The cognitive impairment of CIND patients is the result of multiple cognitive domain combined damage, and according to the characteristics of different patients with the corresponding rehabilitation care can effectively improve the patient's daily activities and cognitive ability.
