Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the application method and effect of whole course high-quality nursing during perioperative period of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Methods90 patients with renal calculi underwent minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy treated in our hospital from February 2015 and February 2017 were selected and they were divided into the observation group (n=45)and control group (n=45)according to the random number table method.The control group was given the routine nursing,while the observation group was given whole course high-quality nursing on the basis of the routine nursing.Comfort degree score,visual analogue scale (VAS)score after 12 h and 2 d operation,sleep quality and nursing satisfaction degree in patients between the two groups were compared.ResultsComfort degree score,visual analogue scale (VAS)score after 12 h and 2 d operation,sleep quality and nursing satisfaction degree in patients of the observation group were obviously lower than those of the control group,and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05).ConclusionMeticulous,professional and humanized whole course high-quality nursing applied in patients with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy during perioperative period can meet the emotional needs of patients,reduce the occurrence of postoperative bleeding,improve the clinical effect,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
