Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the role of nursing intervention in reducing pain and improving the postoperative hip joint mobility in aged patients with femoral trochanteric fracture.MethodsFrom February 2015 to December 2016,132 patients given the femoral trochanteric fracture treatment in our orthopedics department of our hospital were selected as object. All patients were divided into the experimental group(n=66)and control group(n=66)and it was given the nursing intervention and routine nursing.Pain score after intervention and postoperative hip joint mobility and so on between the two groups were compared.ResultsThere was no significant difference of pain score between the two groups after the first day operation(P>0.05),and after the 7th,14th and 28th operation, the pain score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05).After the 7th operation, there was no statistical difference of hip joint mobility in patients between the two groups(P>0.05),and after the 30th operation, hip joint mobility in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05).After intervention, the total incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05).The total satisfaction degree of the experimental group after intervention was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionNursing intervention can reduce the pain of elderly patients with femoral trochanteric fracture, and improve the postoperative hip joint activity,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
