Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of hospital-community integrated prevention,treatment,and nursing on rehabilitation of community-based patients with severe psychoses.Methods From March 2015 to March 2016,120 patients with severe psychosis having been “cured” in our hospital and discharged from our hospital were divided into research group (n=60)and control group (n=60)in random.In the control group,psychotropic drugs were used,while in the research group,on the basis of the control group,thehospital-community integrated prevention,treatment,and nursing for 1 year was added.PANSS-EC score and questionnaire were used to evaluate and compare.Results After 1 year intervention,the score of PANSS-EC was(6.3±1.71)points in the research group,and it was much lower than that in the control group(12.1±1.3)points.In the research group,monitoring rate,rate of regular taking medicine,andsocial participation rate were all much higher than those in control group(P<0.01).In the research group,the recurrence rate was 23.33%,and it was greatly lower than that in the control group (100.00%)(P<0.01).In the research group,the rate of making troubles was 6.66%,and it was significantly lower than that in the control group accounting(25.00)(P<0.01).Conclusion The hospital-community integrated prevention,treatment,and nursing can relieve mental symptoms,improve the regular taking medicine rate,socialparticipancy rate,as well as family custody rate of patients,and decrease the disease recurrence and the occurrence of making troubles,which is of great significance on reducing social harm and bettering social function.
