Clinical research of discontinuity Clopidogrel combined with Aspirin in the treatment of cerebral arterial thrombosis

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of discontinuity Clopidogrel combined with Aspirin in the treatment of cerebral arterial thrombosis.Methods 98 cases of cerebral arterial thrombosis in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected and divided into the control group(48 cases)and the observation group(50 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with Aspirin,and the observation group was treated with discontinuity Clopidogrel combined with Aspirin.The level of blood lipid before treatment and after treatment,clinical effects,the incidence rate of adverse reaction,the recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the level of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C of the control group between before treatment and after treatmen(P＞0.05).The level of TC,TG,LDL-C of the observation group after treatment was lower than that before treatment and the control group after treatment,the level of HDL-C in the observation group after treatment was higher than that before treatment and the control group after treatment,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the incidence rate of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment cerebral arterial thrombosis patients by discontinuity Clopidogrel combined with aspirin,blood lipid improve well,curative effect is obviously,prognosis is good,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
